Accusoft FormSuite

Although you can use the included components on their own, they are most powerful when you use them together as shown below, or through the FormAssist or Forms Processing Server demonstration applications included in the FormSuite installation.

Demonstration Applications & Samples

FormSuite also includes a sample and two demonstration applications in source code format:

• Forms API was added for easier developer interaction with FormSuite components.
• The FormAssist sample application demonstrates the capabilities of FormSuite when used as a desktop GUI-driven application.
• The Forms Processing Server application demonstrates the capabilities of FormSuite when used in an unattended batched processing mode, as in a server application.

Both FormAssist and Forms Processing Server demonstration applications illustrate best practices for the integration of all the FormSuite components, as well as an example workflow. Use FormAssist or the Forms Processing Server as a foundation for developing your production forms processing application.

FormFix v5

• A new OMR Processing mechanism for improved OMR recognition. For an easy way to convert old formsets to use the new mechanism, see the OMRThresholdConverter sample.
• New methods for Image Transfer between Accusoft Components, which are easier to use and avoids memory leaks. See Upgrading from FormFix 4 to FormFix 5.
• A new property, AcceptMultipleMatches, which will allow FormFix to better handle situations where multiple template images are returned as the best match.
