To Install the Barcode Xpress Component

Download the package you want to install:

• The latest Official Release package is recommended for most customers. Official releases are fully supported and delivered quarterly.
• The Preview package gives you early access to the very latest features and bug fixes before they are officially released. Preview builds are typically issued more frequently.

Run the downloaded setup program to install Barcode Xpress on your development machine.

Licensing

• By default, Barcode Xpress runs in Watermark evaluation mode if started without a license, which allows you to develop applications but not to distribute them. This mode allows testing of all the functions and features.
• To distribute your finished application, you must purchase and install a fully paid license from Accusoft. The paid licenses override trial licenses.
