This section describes the print options you can select on the CAD tab:
Scale
One printed inch is 1 CAD unit (1 is the default setting) - One printed inch is a definable CAD unit. CAD units may be anything from millimeters to parsecs, so this option allows you to provide a scale for printing. For example, if the CAD image uses miles as units, using the default setting of “1”, you will see 1 mile represented as an inch on the printed output.
Notes & Tips
- CAD Printing - If you select All (as your Page Range) on the General tab, Prizm® Viewer does not use the current CAD layer settings that are specified in the CAD docking window. This applies to printing both single files and list files. If you want to print all images with the current layer settings, you must print one page at a time by selecting Current Page as your Page Range. If you select Current Page (as your Page Range) on the General tab, Prizm Viewer always uses the current layer settings.
- Saving Settings - If you make selections in the CAD tab and want those settings to remain as the default, click Save as Default.
