Prizm Viewer is an ActiveX® browser-based application and/or plug-in application which requires the following:

Operating Systems

Supported operating systems include:

• Windows Vista
• Windows 7/7.1
• Windows 8/8.1
• Windows 10 (with Internet Explorer 11 only)
• Windows Server 2008
• Windows Server 2008 R2
• Windows Server 2012

Browsers

Supported browsers include:

• Internet Explorer® 8, 9, 10, 11 - 32-bit only
• Firefox® 41 - 32-bit only (older versions are likely compatible)
