Occurs when the user selects the menu Toolbar/Windows - PagingToolbar command, or customizes the toolbar to toggle (show/hide) the image toolbar.

Remarks
This event fires when the user has clicked on the Toolbar/Windows - Paging Toolbar menu item, or customized the rebar to show/hide the Paging toolbar. When this occurs, Prizm Viewer first generates the OnToolbarPagingStart event, then toggles the image toolbar, then generates the OnToolbarPagingFinish event.
