Enable Extended Capabilities

Some non-compliant TWAIN drivers don't properly handle a query for support of extended capabilities (CAP_FEEDPAGE and CAP_CLEARPAGE).
If you do not plan to use these capabilities, set the TwainDevice.EnableExtendedCapabilities to False.
