Remarks

The default value is "Product Name".

This property is used to identify an application name. This information is sent to the TWAIN Data Source Manager. The application identity consists of the Manufacturer, ProductFamily, ProductName and VersionInfo properties.

This property should be set prior to any calls to the OpenSession or StartSession methods.

ProductName is the most common method for identifying TWAIN applications for Data Sources. Product names for applications are displayed by some Data Sources.
