Gets and sets the desired sub-sampling.

Return Type
A TP_SubSample enumeration value which determines the sub-sampling.
Remarks

The default value is TP_SubSample_411.

The values 111 and no sub-sampling, provides the highest image quality with lower compression, while the default 411 provides the best compression with lower image quality.
