Moves the Data Source from the Image Transfer state to the Capability Negotiation state. (Before StartSession is called)

Remarks
All remaining image data from the Data Source is released and the PendingXfers property is set to zero. This method may only be used while the Data Source is in the Image Transfer state, otherwise an error is generated.
