Gets or sets access to the method allowing selection of the source of descriptor text content.

Return Type
A TN_DescriptorFormat enumeration value which determines the descriptor format.
Remarks
The default value is to use the descriptor text applied with the SetItemDescriptor Method if it exists, or the short filename.
