Service pack updates will not overwrite paid licensing. As long as you don't specifically ask to un-install Prizm® Viewer, your paid licensing will continue to work and you will not be required to re-enter your purchased registration codes. Service pack updates do not include any changes that might "break" previously developed and/or deployed code.
E-mail Notifications
Anyone who purchases Prizm® Viewer licenses directly from Accusoft will be notified via e-mail of any service pack updates. Customers who purchase through a reseller should go to www.accusoft.com/registration.htm and update Accusoft so we include your customer information in our outbound e-mails.
Latest Downloads
The latest information can be downloaded from www.accusoft.com on the Prizm Viewer product page. Refer to the latest available builds documentation to obtain a list of the latest available build numbers of all Accusoft products, including Prizm Viewer. There is no cost associated with downloading the latest available service pack and you are encouraged to stay current by using this feature.
