Prizm Viewer v10.2 provides the following updates:
- Fixed an issue where an image file containing zero bytes would cause an internal error.
- Fixed an issue where resizing a frame containing Prizm Viewer inside Internet Explorer would not track the mouse, so the frame could not be resized.
- Fixed an installer issue where uninstalling Prizm Viewer would not remove the file associations added during installation. The added file associations are now removed.
- Versions of Internet Explorer older than version 11 would lock up when using the Home and End keys while creating or editing a text annotation. In older versions of Internet Explorer, in the cases where a lock-up might occur, the Home and End keys have now been disabled.
- The list of supported Operating Systems has been updated to include Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 7.1, Windows Server 2008, Windows Server 2008 R2, Windows 8, Windows 8.1, and Windows Server 2012.
- The list of supported Web Browsers has been updated to include Internet Explorer 8 through Internet Explorer 11 (32 bit only), and Firefox 35 through Firefox 37 (32 bit only). Chrome support for plug-in is ending soon, so it is not being supported.
- When opening legacy annotation files (PV7 and prior), the font scaling of Text Annotations would not be correct.
- When opening annotation files from PV8 or PV9, the font scaling of Text Annotations would not be correct.
- When exporting or printing files with text annotations, they would sometimes be scaled or clipped incorrectly.
- Text annotations could sometimes have their contents clipped incorrectly.
- Text annotations for PDF would sometimes be scaled incorrectly.
- Removed inconsistent contact information from the internal error dialog box.
