To enable debug logging information and open the debug log file:

1. Select Preferences from the Preferences Toolbar.
2. The Viewer/General dialog box displays.
3. Click the Error Log File check box.
4. Click OK to save your selection.
5. Open the Debug Log located in the following directory: 

• Windows XP, Windows Server 2003 - c:\Documents and Settings\[user]\Local Settings\Temp\Prizm Viewer Log File.txt
• Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 - c:\Users\[user]\AppData\Local\Temp\Prizm Viewer Log File.txt
• Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 With IE in Protected Mode - c:\Users\[user]\AppData\Local\Temp\Low\Prizm Viewer Log File.txt

6. Open the Prizm Viewer Log File.txt by double-clicking the filename. The debug log file displays:

7. Use this log to determine and solve issues that each component may have during processing.
