Occurs when the user selects the menu "Toolbar / Windows - Thumbnail Window" command.

Public Event OnWindowThumbnailStart()

The user has clicked on the "Toolbar / Windows - Thumbnail Window" menu item.  When this
occurs, Prizm Viewer will first generate the "OnWindowThumbnailStart" event, then toggle
the checkmark for the Thumbnail docking window open / closed on the menu and show / hide
the docking window, then generate the "OnWindowThumbnailFinish" event.
