Occurs when the user selects the menu "Toolbar / Windows - PDF Searching and Results
Window" command.

Public Event OnWindowPDFSearchStart()

The user has clicked on the "Toolbar / Windows - PDF Searching and Results Window" menu
item.  When this occurs, Prizm Viewer will first generate the "OnWindowPDFSearchStart"
event, then toggle the checkmark for the PDF Searching and Results docking window open /
closed on the menu and show / hide the docking window, then generate the
"OnWindowPDFSearchFinish" event.
