Description
Occurs when the user selects the menu Toolbar/Windows - Docking Windows Toolbar command, or customizes the toolbar to toggle (show/hide) the docking window.

Remarks
This event fires when the user has clicked on the Toolbar/Windows - Docking Windows Toolbar menu item, or customized the rebar to show/hide the image toolbar. When this occurs, Prizm Viewer first generates the OnToolbarDockingWindowsStart event, then toggles the image toolbar, then generates the OnToolbarDockingWindowsEnd event.
