Occurs when the user selects the menu or toolbar Paging - Go to Page.

When the user clicks on the menu or toolbar button for Paging - Go to Page, it will first generate the "OnPageGotoStart" event, displays the Go To Page dialog, then generate the "OnPageChanged" event.
