Occurs when the zoom operation on the selected area is completed.

Public Event OnImageZoomSelectionFinish()

When the user clicks on the menu or toolbar button for Zoom Selection, it will first generate
the "OnImageZoomSelectionStart" event, perform the zoom, then generate the
"OnImageZoomSelectionFinish" event.
