Occurs when the user selects the menu or toolbar Page Settings - Contrast.

Public Event OnImageContrastStart()

When the user clicks on the menu or toolbar button for Page Settings - Contrast, it will first
generate the "OnImageContrastStart" event, displays the brightness adjustment dialog, then
generate the "OnImageContrastFinish" event after the user closes the dialog.
