Authenticating Requests

If you are using the Accusoft Cloud-Hosted option for your back-end server, then you will need to authenticate all of your requests to PrizmDoc Server. This is done by using an acs-api-key header with your API key as the value, or by using OAuth. For detailed information on how to authenticate your requests, refer to the Accusoft Cloud-Hosted Documentation.

PrizmDoc Application Service (PAS) Users

There is no need for you to authenticate requests made to PAS. PAS will automatically add the acs-api-key header to requests it makes to the Accusoft Cloud-Hosted PrizmDoc Server using the value you entered when you installed PAS or entered for pccServer.apiKey in the PAS config file.

Unavailable Endpoint

The following PrizmDoc Server endpoint is not available through the Accusoft Cloud-Hosted back-end:
