printProWorkspace: The workspace object to use with the job.

printPreviewScale: The print preview scaling that should be used.

useHardwareMargins: A boolean value which determines whether or not margins should be determined from the hardware settings.

name: The name to use for the print job.

Creates a new print job using the default printer for the destination, the specified scaling, and the specified name.
