jQuery & jQuery UI Libraries
The HTML5 Viewer is dependent on jQuery and the jQuery UI libraries. The HTML5 viewer supports the latest version of jQuery (2.0.3) and jQuery UI (1.10.3) as well as jQuery legacy releases 1.7.2, 1.10.2 and jQuery UI legacy releases 1.8.21.

It should be noted that jQuery 2.x has the same API as jQuery 1.x, but does not support Internet Explorer 6, 7, or 8. |
When using a more recent version of jQuery than 1.9 and a version of jQuery UI that is earlier than 1.9 you must include the jQuery Migrate Plugin (https://github.com/jquery/jquery-migrate/). The plugin restores deprecated features and behaviors so that older code will still run properly on jQuery 1.9 and later.
