The MSO converter, <prizm-install>\modules\c2s_mso.bin, relies on Microsoft® Office 2007 or 2010 to convert Office content to PDF for display within Prizm Content Connect.

Follow these configuration steps to enable the use of the MSO Converter:
- Stop Prizm service.
- Enable msoconvert=true in proxyserver_jar.properties.
- Set msoconvert_timeout to office conversion timeout in seconds, which is 50 by default.
- Create the following folder:

On 32-bit platforms, create the folder "C:\Windows\System32\config\systemprofile\Desktop"

On 64-bit platforms, create the folder "C:\Windows\SysWOW64\config\systemprofile\Desktop"
- Start Prizm service.
