PrizmDoc for Office 365 is built on Accusoft Services. PrizmDoc for Office 365 requires each Office 365 tenant to have an Accusoft Services API key. During configuration of PrizmDoc for Office 365, you will be directed to create an account with Accusoft Services. Your company may use a free or paid Accusoft Services account with PrizmDoc for Office 365. This is the only cost to running PrizmDoc for Office 365.
The Accusoft Services key is associated with your Office 365 tenant ID. When any user in your organization uses a PrizmDoc for Office 365 feature, we will look up and use your Accusoft Services key. Any transactions associated with the user actions will count against the transaction limited for the associated Accusoft Services account. PrizmDoc for Office 365 does not support any alternative models of associating an Accusoft Services key with a user, site, group, etc.
To check or update the Accusoft Services key that is associated with your tenant ID, you must log in to the following site as an Office 365 tenant administrator: https://office.accusoft.com/viewer/Account/Configure.
Accusoft Services offers various subscription plans, each with a monthly transaction limit. Each document view and rendition created results in one or more transactions counted against your monthly quota. Once the monthly Accusoft Services transaction limit is reached, subsequent attempts to view documents or create renditions will fail until the quota is increased or the quota resets.
