The handle of a group returned by the GrpCreateGroup method.
Description
Gets the selected attribute for the specified group.

Parameters
layerHandle
The handle of a layer returned by the CreateLayer method.
groupID
The handle of a group returned by the GrpCreateGroup method.
Return Type
If the group is selected.
Remarks
If the group is not yoked, the returned value will always be false.
