ElementGetTMSNote Method

The handle of an element returned by the ElementCreate method.
Description
Gets the TMSNote attribute for an existing element.  This controls how a text element is saved in the legacy ann file format.

) As Boolean
Parameters
elementHandle
The handle of an element returned by the ElementCreate method.
Return Type
A Boolean value that indicates whether the text element should be saved as a note.
