The handle of an element returned by the ElementCreate method.
If the application should draw the rectangle or if NotateXpress should draw the rectangle.
Description
Sets the userdraw attribute of an existing rectangle element.  This controls if the application wants to draw or paint the rectangle itself.

Parameters
elementHandle
The handle of an element returned by the ElementCreate method.
bUserDraw
If the application should draw the rectangle or if NotateXpress should draw the rectangle.
Remarks

This is for advanced users.

The UserDraw attribute of a rectangle element determines if a rectangle element raises a UserDraw event or draws itself normally.
