Description
Sets the default background color for a specific tool for a specific layer.

- layerHandle
- The handle of a layer returned by the CreateLayer method.

- The RGB (Red Green Blue) color value for the element's background color.
Remarks
The attribute backcolor must be valid for the tool.
This will effect tools created programmatically or selected from the toolbar.
