Restores annotations from a previously saved file.

Parameters
- FileName
- Filename of a previously saved annotation to be restored.
Remarks
Any current annotation layers and elements are deleted before the new file annotations are loaded.
It is important to set the AnnotationType before reading in annotation files.
For multi page formats such as NX_AnnotationType_XML and NX_AnnotationType_XFDF you must set the PageNumber before reading in annotation files.
