Parameters
- layerHandle
- The handle of a layer returned by the CreateLayer method.
- seqNum
- The handle of an element returned by the ElementAppend method.
Return Type
If the element has a highlighted background.
Remarks
The HighlightBack attribute of an annotation object determines whether or not an object will be displayed with a translucent Fill area.
Note: The syntax of the PrgGetItemBackstyle method is easier to use. If you use this method, you will have less of chance of being confused by the difference between HighlightBack and HighlightFill.
