Description
Sets a long that the application may associate for the specified group.

Parameters
- layerHandle
- The handle of a layer returned by the CreateLayer method.
- groupID
- The handle of a group returned by the GrpCreateGroup method.
- userLong
- The value which is associated with the specified group.
Remarks
The UserLong is a long value allocated by each group and reserved for use by the application to store a private long value to associate to a group.
