Gets a string that the application may associate for the specified group.

Parameters
- layerHandle
- The handle of a layer returned by the CreateLayer method.
- groupID
- The handle of a group returned by the GrpCreateGroup method.
Return Type
The UserString is a text value allocated by each group and reserved for use by the application to store a private text value to associate to a group.
Remarks
The default value is NULL.
