Description
Sets the userdraw attribute of an existing rectangle element. This controls if the application wants to draw or paint the rectangle itself.

Parameters
- elementHandle
- The handle of an element returned by the ElementCreate method.
- bUserDraw
- If the application should draw the rectangle or if NotateXpress should draw the rectangle.

The UserDraw attribute of a rectangle element determines if a rectangle element raises a UserDraw event or draws itself normally.
