Sets the bevel light color of an existing button element.

Parameters
- elementHandle
- The handle of an element returned by the ElementCreate method.
- clr
- The RGB (Red Green Blue) color value of the element's bevel light.
Remarks
The bevel light color is the color value of the left and top bevel edges of a button object.
