Gets a string that the application may associate with an existing element.

Parameters
- elementHandle
- The handle of an element returned by the ElementCreate method.
Return Type
The value which is associated with the given element.
Remarks
The UserString is a text value allocated by each element and reserved for use by the application to store a private text value to associate to an element.
The default value is NULL.
