On some rare occasions during the installation of the
NetVue Server, the install of the TIFF Print Driver has been known to fail.
If you receive messages that this has occurred, the driver can be installed
after the NetVue installation has completed by following these steps:
1. From NetVue, under AccuSoft in the start Menu, launch 'Configure Service
Log On As'.
2. You'll need re-enter the password for the account NetVue will be using.
It will be overwritten otherwise.
3. Click OK.
The AccuSoft TIFF Printer Driver should now be successfully installed and
visible among your other print drivers.
For NetVue on Microsoft 2003 Server, you must be running the latest version, including all Microsoft patches/updates.
The NetVue Server service does not start automatically. The default Startup Type is Manual. Once the installation of ImageGear Enterprise is complete, you should set the service’s Startup Type to Automatic.
The NetVue ActiveX Viewer does not support “Invert Colors” for color images. The NetVue Java Viewer does support this function.
NetVue 4.1 only installs a 32-bit printer driver. This 32-bit printer driver is not installed on 64-bit Windows systems.

If you encounter errors when trying to uninstall the Accusoft Pegasus NetVue ActiveX Viewer from "Add/Remove Programs", the following steps can be performed to manually remove the viewer:
Windows XP
Choose Start>Run (or press the Windows key + R).
Enter "%systemroot%\Downloaded Program Files\" and click OK.
If "NetVueX Control" is listed, right-click it and choose Remove.
Windows Vista
Launch Internet Explorer.
Choose Tools>Manage Add-ons>Enable or Disable Add-ons.
Change the Show drop down to "Downloaded ActiveX Controls (32-bit)".
Select "NetVueX Control" and click Delete at the bottom right.
