Values:

IG_PDF_PAGE_DO_LAZY_ERASE	Erase the page while rendering only as needed.
IG_PDF_PAGE_USE_ANNOT_FACES	Draw annotation appearances.
IG_PDF_PAGE_IS_PRINTING	The page is being printed.
