This function retrieves the degree of the specified Bezier surface in M direction.

hEntity	HIG_VECT_ENTITY	Handle to the entity of type IG_VECT_ENT_BEZIER_SURFACE.
lpDegree	long*	Pointer to a variable that will receive the surface degree in M direction.

Returns 0 if successful. Otherwise, returns the number of ImageGear errors that occurred during this function call.

This function does not process image pixels.
