This function retrieves flags of the specified Bezier surface.

Name	Type	Description
hEntity	HIG_VECT_ENTITY	Handle to the entity of type IG_VECT_ENT_BEZIER_SURFACE.
lpFlags	long*	Pointer to a variable that will receive an "OR" combination of the surface flags. IG_VECT_NURBS_MCLOSED and IG_VECT_NURBS_NCLOSED flags are applicable to Bezier surface, which tell whether the surface is closed in N and M directions, accordingly. See enumIGVectNURBSFlags.

Returns 0 if successful. Otherwise, returns the number of ImageGear errors that occurred during this function call.

This function does not process image pixels.
