hVertexcont	HIG_VECT_VERTEXCONT	Handle to the Vertex Container.
nIndex	long	Index of the vertex to be returned.
lplpVertex	IGVectVertex**	Buffer for the vertex pointer.

Returns 0 if successful. Otherwise, returns the number of ImageGear errors that occurred during this function call.
