    This function gets the name of the layer.

    Declaration:

        HIG_VECT_LAYER hLayer,
        LPCHAR lpName,
        LONG nSize
);

    Arguments:

    Name Type Description
    hLayer HIG_VECT_LAYER Handle to the Layer.
    lpName LPCHAR Buffer for the layer name.
    nSize LONG Maximum size of the buffer.

    Return Value:

    Returns 0 if successful. Otherwise, returns the number of ImageGear errors that occurred during this function call.

    Supported Raster Image Formats:

    This function does not process image pixels.
