Name	Type	Description
hDrwng	HIG_VECT_DRWNG	Vector data handle.
lpName	LPCHAR	Name of the fill type.
lpIndex	long*	Returns the index of the fill type.

Returns 0 if successful. Otherwise, returns the number of ImageGear errors that occurred during this function call.

This function does not process image pixels.
