    Gets the text state of a text item.

    Arguments:

    Name Type Description
    hTextItem HIG_PDE_TEXTITEM The text item.
    lpTstate AT_PDE_TEXTSTATE Pointer to AT_PDE_TEXTSTATE structure with text state of the text item..

    Return Value:

    Error count.

    Supported Raster Image Formats:

    This function does not process image pixels.
