    Gets the text length for a text item.

        LPLONG lpnLength 
);

    Arguments:

    Name Type Description
    hTextItem HIG_PDE_TEXTITEM Text item whose length is obtained.
    lpnLength LPLONG The text length, in bytes.

    Return Value:

    Error count.

    Supported Raster Image Formats:

    This function does not process image pixels.
