    Adds a text item to a text element at a given index position.

        HIG_PDE_TEXTITEM hTextItem

    Arguments:

    Name Type Description
    hText HIG_PDE_TEXT Text object to which an item is added.
    nIndex UINT Index of the text item in hText.
    hTextItem HIG_PDE_TEXTITEM The text item to add.

    Return Value:

    Error count.

    Supported Raster Image Formats:

    This function does not process image pixels.
