    Gets the Marked Content tag for a hPlace.

        LPHIG_PDF_ATOM lpmcTag 
);

    Arguments:

    Name Type Description
    hPlace HIG_PDE_PLACE The place whose Marked Content tag is obtained.
    lpmcTag LPHIG_PDF_ATOM Tag for hPlace.

    Return Value:

    Error count.

    Supported Raster Image Formats:

    This function does not process image pixels.
