    Gets the fill and stroke attributes of a path.

    Arguments:

    Name Type Description
    hPath HIG_PDE_PATH The path whose fill and stroke attributes are obtained.
    lpnPaintOpAttrs LPLONG A set of enumIGPDEPathOpFlags flags describing fill and stroke attributes.

    Return Value:

    Error count.

    Supported Raster Image Formats:

    This function does not process image pixels.
