    Gets the dictionary for an image.

    Arguments:

    Name Type Description
    hImage HIG_PDE_IMAGE An image object.
    lphDictionary LPHIG_PDF_BASOBJ Dictionary for hImage.

    Return Value:

    Error count.

    Supported Raster Image Formats:

    This function does not process image pixels.
