    Gets an element from a clip object.

        LONG nIndex,
        LPHIG_PDE_ELEMENT lphElement
);

    Arguments:

    Name Type Description
    hClip HIG_PDE_CLIP The clip object from which an element is obtained.
    nIndex LONG Index of element to get from clip.
    lphElement LPHIG_PDE_ELEMENT The element from the clip object.

    Return Value:

    Error count.

    Supported Raster Image Formats:

    This function does not process image pixels.
