    Gets the system encoding object associated with a font object.

        HIG_PDE_FONT hFont,
        LPHIG_PDF_SYSENCODING lphSysEncoding 
);

    Arguments:

    Name Type Description
    hFont HIG_PDE_FONT PDE font whose system encoding is found.
    lphSysEncoding LPHIG_PDF_SYSENCODING The system encoding object.

    Return Value:

    Error count.

    Supported Raster Image Formats:

    This function does not process image pixels.
